Here we are in lockdown again - only for a few weeks hopefully. After doing such a wonderful job to re-open the Studio, Louisa and her team are now operating on Zoom rather than the Studio. Although we all look forward to resuming 'normal' Studio life without restrictions - Zoom sessions are really not second best. I have been Zooming from the beginning and I really enjoy it, certainly I feel pretty challenged and I look forward to it every week. So, if you're not sure whether it's for you, my advice is - go for it - you'll be very fit and prepared for the Studio when it re-opens. Jan

Once a week, I spent an hour on Zoom with three others, being talked through a well thought out series of exercises, which varied quite a bit each week. I absolutely loved it, it gave me energy and strength, my core was looked after and so was my head. I always felt fantastic afterwards. Kate

Online Pilates has been great over the last few months of lockdown but it is really nice to get back to the Studio at Winchester Pilates. The staff have gone above and beyond to make it Covid-safe.
