She is a qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, weaving strength & mobility into each session, ideal for injury rehab and athlete performance enhancement. Sam is also an Equine Specialist Coach with over 20 years of professional horse-riding experience. Her mission is to help individuals feel fantastic and future-proof their bodies. Ashley Van Dyke

Ashley Van Dyke

Ashley has over 17 years of experience in both Classical and Contemporary Pilates. Her journey began when a trainee asked her to be a body for demonstration, leading her to fall in love with Joseph Pilates’ method. She is qualified in pre and post-natal Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga, and Gait Therapy. She is currently completing her third education, following Joseph Pilates’ original method with a first-generation teacher. Ashley is a highly respected instructor known for her extensive knowledge and engaging teaching style.

Fenella Collins

Fenella Collins

Fenella discovered Pilates in 2008, incorporating it into her exercise regime to maintain and improve her mobility. She eventually took on leading Pilates classes at work and sought further training with Body Control Pilates during COVID-19. Passionate about the functionality of Pilates and its ability to strengthen and support the body, Fenella works with various individuals, from providing mobility classes within her CrossFit community to encouraging people with MS to stay active.

Jane’s journey with Pilates began after a serious sports injury, which led her to recognize the importance of body awareness and movement patterns. She has over ten years of experience, personalising each session for her clients, emphasizing whole-body movement, strength, and flexibility development. Her precise and simple instruction helps improve proprioception and body awareness through guided movements.

Micheala Doran

Michaela Doran

Michaela discovered Pilates at 13 while training in ballet and later pursued contemporary dance, earning a BA (Hon) in Dance Theatre from the Laban Conservatoire in London. Returning to England from NYC in 2015, Michaela trained and qualified with Body Control Pilates, finding it to be a perfect remedy for various injuries acquired through dance training. She began teaching shortly after, combining her knowledge of the Graham technique and Pilates to research their connections.

Jane Webb

Jane Webb

Jane has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She found her calling after being widowed young with small children. She’s led cardio and weights sessions for diverse groups in Winchester and discovered her passion for movement and biomechanics through Pilates, earning her Level 3 Mat qualification 20 years ago. Jane thrives on creating Mat workflows and combinations and is now excited to have recently completed her reformer training. Outside the studio, she enjoys family time, especially with her grandchildren, walking and attending fitness workshops.
