RESTORATIVE, DYNAMIC & REFORMER FLOW
Reformer Flow Classes: These are controlled classes, focusing on alignment and breathing. More time is taken setting up for each exercise, understanding the aims and objectives, and to find the precision within the exercises.
Dynamic Reformer Classes: These are faster paced and more challenging classes. The classes are more athletic, either performing more repetitions of an exercise, holding a position for longer, slowing an exercise down to increase the time under tension or increasing your heart rate using the jump boards.
Restorative Reformer: These are classes designed for clients recovering from injury, looking to prevent injury, in rehab from an injury or for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia. The classes offer a safe and effective workout helping improve mobility, strength and bone density, whilst challenging your core and improving your balance.
