Winchester Pilates hosted a sold-out Pilates and Stretch workshop at Winchester Hospice recently, demonstrating the power of community and fitness in support of a vital local charity. Led by our expert instructors Jane and Jo, the event attracted enthusiastic participants who enjoyed an invigorating session amid the beautiful grounds of Winchester Hospice.

Despite a brief downpour, the lively atmosphere persisted, with attendees leaving feeling taller, lighter, and full of smiles. The event was a tremendous success, raising over £700 to help fund the outstanding care provided by Winchester Hospice. The funds will go directly toward supporting the hospice’s services and initiatives within the local community.

Helen, a representative from Winchester Hospice, expressed her heartfelt thanks:

“It was a huge success, even a short rain shower couldn’t dampen the enthusiasm! Jane and Jo led a wonderful session that balanced challenge, fun, and stretching. Our participants loved it, and of course, the cake was a big hit! Everyone left feeling taller and happier. We are incredibly grateful for everyone’s support.”

Winchester Pilates extends their sincere appreciation to all who participated and supported this meaningful event. Plans are already underway for future workshops, aiming to bring the community together for fitness, fun, and fundraising in aid of Winchester Hospice and other local charities.
