Here we are in lockdown again - only for a few weeks hopefully. After doing such a wonderful job to re-open the Studio, Louisa and her team are now operating on Zoom rather than the Studio. Although we all look forward to resuming 'normal' Studio life without restrictions - Zoom sessions are really not second best. I have been Zooming from the beginning and I really enjoy it, certainly I feel pretty challenged and I look forward to it every week. So, if you're not sure whether it's for you, my advice is - go for it - you'll be very fit and prepared for the Studio when it re-opens.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the team for all you have done to make it possible for us “students” to get back into the Studio. I really enjoyed my session yesterday and had absolutely no qualms about safety and cleanliness; in fact I’m sure I could have eaten off the floor! Janet

Online Pilates has been great over the last few months of lockdown but it is really nice to get back to the Studio at Winchester Pilates. The staff have gone above and beyond to make it Covid-safe. There are separation screens, thorough cleaning regimes and well behaved participants! Many Thanks, David & Laura
