We teach, giving you the tools to manage your body, passing on the knowledge of what makes good movement patterns and helping you to establish an understanding of your body and how it should move, how to get the most from it and how to incorporate the benefits of Pilates into your every day life.

Complementing our skills as teachers we also incorporate our collective knowledge and we draw from each others backgrounds in Personal Training, Dance, Biomechanics, Qigong and Alexander Technique..
